The first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20199 of 2018. While rejecting the first bail application it was expected that the trial court would gear up the trial and conclude the same expeditiously in accordance with law keeping in view the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Alakh Alok Srivastava Vs. Union of India and another reported in AIR 2018 (SC) 2440. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.40699 of 2021 directing the trial court to conclude the trial preferably with a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of that order. 2.
