The allegations in the F.I.R are that because of old enmity named accused, Amit Kumar, Pushpendra, Aniket, Prabhakar and others, came at Parshvanath colony, Moradabad at about 06:00 p.m and caused murder of Anuj Chaudhary by firing on him.
