The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Sakrawa, District Kannauj during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 09.04.2024 against applicant and co-accused Raveena (wife of the informant) and according to the FIR on 09.04.2024 when informant after receiving information arrived at his home then found, his mother has died. It is further mentioned in the FIR that his son Ankur informed him that applicant committed the murder of the deceased.
