The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.969 of 2017, under Sections 302, 201, 392, 411 IPC, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Nazim @ Kaala has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2023 passed in Criminal Misc.
