This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rinku, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 608 of 2024, under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 29.06.2024; the incident has taken place on 26.06.2024 at 20.30 p.m. and F.I.R. was lodged on 27.06.2024 at 12.45 p.m. without any plausible explanation regarding delay; the incident has taken place due to some altercation between the parties; as per medical report of the injured only one
