Heard Mr. Vijit Saxena, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as well as perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.179 of 2023, under Sections 307, 504, 34, 323, 506, 302 IPC, Police Station Balaini, District Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior motive. Applicant has never committed any offence as alleged in the impugned FIR even there is no direct or indirect evidence against the applicant. There are four accused persons in the FIR. Only general role has been assigned against the applicant. No specific role has been assigned against the applicant.
