The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Piyush, under Section 439 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per FIR, on 12.06.2024 after getting prior information from the Mukhbir, the Police recovered 78 KG Ganja from the main gate of the house of one of the co-accused Vishal.
