The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 34, 328 IPC, Police Station- Bisrakh, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. According to the FIR, a missing report was lodged with regard to brother of the informant and thereafter on the basis of information furnished by informant, co-accused Harpal was arrested and he confessed his guilt and he disclosed the name of applicant and co-accused Neetu, who is wife of deceased.
