Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station - Lodha, District - Aligarh, during pendency of trial. 3. Supplementary affidavit on record discloses, the applicant has been enlarged on bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 52372 of 2023 (Bhupendra Rana Vs. State of U.P.), vide order dated 18.07.2024. Also, it is noted that in similar case, co-accused Omprakash and others also named in the same case crime have already been enlarged on bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15035
