The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Milan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0654 of 2018, S.T. No. 689 of 2018, under Sections 147, 302, 364, 201, 120-B I.P.C., registered at Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the third bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 48414 of 2019 (Milan vs. State of U.P.). 5. The second bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12044 of 2022 (Milan vs. State of U.P.). 6.
