This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant, Ayush Sen, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2024, under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the version of FIR, on 28.05.2024 at about 12 PM, the accused, who lives in the neighborhood, came to the house of the victim.
