The instant bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(N) of I.P.C. and Section 5J(2)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kuwergaon, District Badaun, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, on a written complaint given by the informant who is father of the victim, a first information report was lodged on 24.04.2024 against three accused persons including the applicant with the allegations inter alia that on 22.04.2024 at about 2 A.M. when he and his family members returned home after threshing wheat in the fiel
