It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that all the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. It is further submitted that identically placed co-accused Nadeem has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s). 5112 of 2024 on the ground that most of the co-accused have already been granted bail and further taking into consideration the period of incarceration undergone by him. Applicant is having no criminal history and he is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. He is
