This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Shubham Kashyap, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2024, under Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code, and 5M/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the version of FIR, on 06.02.2024 the wedding of informant's brother was going on. In the wedding, the accused had also came.
