The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 124 of 2024, under Sections 302 IPC and 25/27/30 Arms Act, Police Station Crossing Republic, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 27.4.2024 against the applicant and two others including the daughter of the applicant, Deepti Singh and according to the FIR, daughter of the applicant i.e. co-accused Deepti Singh developed friendship with the son of the informant and she called him on 27.4.2024 in the wee hours and when at 3 am, he arrived at her flat then applicant opened indiscriminate firing and due to the firing opened by
