This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Raju, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.178 of 2024, under Section 3/5/25 Arms Act, Police Station Rath, District Hamirpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.04.2024. He has criminal antecedent of three cases which have been explained in para 16 of the affidavit. The chargesheet has been filed on 15.06.2024 and charges have also been framed against the applicant on 05.08.2024. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required and no useful purpose would be served in confining the applicant in jail. There is no likelihood of
