This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vikash Porwal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2024, under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.03.2024; there is no direct or indirect evidence against the applicant except the version of F.I.R. and statement of injured which connect the applicant from the alleged incident; there is no motive on intention to commit the alleged
