The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 291 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 16.09.2024 against applicant and three others and according to the FIR on 16.09.2024 between 8-9 AM in the morning when cousin brother of the informant had gone to fetch water from hand-pump then at the hand-pump co-accused Kuldeep and Shubham caught hold him and applicant and co-accused Jitendra caused injury to him by heavy iron piece due to which he sustained injuries and subsequently he died. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits,
