The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Urmila, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302, 352, 504, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of causing incised wound to the deceased by 'Tabal'. Deceased had suffered number of incised wounds apart from gun shot injuries. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that co-accused, Smt. Saindar Kaur, Km Priti and Omveer have been granted bail by this court vide orders dated 5.12.2024, 28.2.2024 and 22.8.2023 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 31138 of 2024, 42
