The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Umesh Kumar Sharma with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. - 1545 of 2017, under Section 302, 394, 411 I.P.C., Police Station - Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. 3. This is a second bail application. First bail application filed by the present applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 19954 of 2018 was rejected vide order dated 3.12.2019. Though accused of heinous offence, it cannot be denied that against the FIR lodged on 11.9.2017, the applicant has remained confined since 15.9.2017. Thus, the applicant has remained confined for more tha
