Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of information received from squealer and the only evidence against the applicant is his own confession and false recovery of a pistol has been foisted on him. Learned counsel has further stated that the case of the applicant is at par with the co-accused person Nishant who has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 5.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
