Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, U/S 302, 307, 452, 506/34 IPC, Police Station Mandi, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and co-accused person Sameer are stated to have an altercation with the children of the informant, whereby the applicant and co-accused person had threatened them to slaughter them like a goat, as such, in the night of 16/17.5.2024, the applicant and co-accused person Sameer are stated to have entered the house of the informant and slaughtered his two sons Ahkam and Zunaid with the sharp-edged weapons causing grievous injuries to them. Both were rushed to hospital, whereat Zunaid was declared dead and Ahkam survived
