Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 244 of 2024, U/S 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kotwali Sambhal, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The informant was instituted by the informant stating that the applicant alongwith the co-accused persons Dalveer, Guddu and Ram Kishun had committed the murder of his son aged about 30 years on 30.8.2024 by assaulting with bricks and strangulated him. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
