The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 384 of 2024, under Sections 64, 123, 351(2), 352 and 79 of B.N.S., Police Station Sigra, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, the victim lodged F.I.R on 14.11.2024 against the applicant and his family members for the alleged offence under Sections 64, 123, 351(2), 352, 79 of B.N.S. alleging inter alia that she lives alone and used to work as nurse. She met the applicant 5-6 months ago, thereafter conversation between them started from that time itself.
