FIR of the present case was lodged on 24.8.2024 against five persons (non applicants) and according to the FIR on 23.8.2024 nominated accused persons made assault through wooden stick and balkati (a sharp edged weapon) upon the sons of the informant and due to the assault made by them, they sustained injuries. 4.
