Bail Application No. 37074 of 2024. 4-The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant who is brother of the deceased has lodged a first information report on 18.03.2022 against the present applicant (wife of the deceased) and Mahipal alleging inter-alia that his brother Ravi (deceased) was living with his wife (present applicant) in a rented house at Sitapuri.
