This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Bhure @ Jitendra Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Kishni, District Mainpuri. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the version of FIR, on 16.04.2019 the victim was returning home with her younger sister on her cycle. In the way at about 1:00 PM, a four-wheeler came and stopped in front of the cycle. Two people, Lalu and Bhure, got down from the four-wheeler and pushed the Khusboo (sister of the victim) and forcibly picked up the victim (Sonam) and put her in their car and took her away.
