The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepu Sonkar, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No. 656 of 2020(State Vs. Radhey Yadav and Others) Case Crime No. 280 of 2020, under Sections 302, 201, 114 and 34 IPC, Police Station- Bhelupur, District-Varanasi, during pendency of trial. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 11.01.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible preferably within period of one year from the date of production
