This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 01.12.2023 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant within period of one year. Counsel for the applicant submits that it is alleged in the F.I.R that the deceased was earlier married to Mohd. Saleem but after sometime, their divorce took place on 07.01.2022. The deceased was married with the applicant but they could not adjust and the deceased was turned out from his house by the applicant. She was living with her mother in Prayagraj and while she was going to Muzaffar Nagar the applicant called her on mobile
