Heard Sri Rahul Saxena, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mukesh Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.79 of 2024, under Sections 302 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and according to the FIR, applicant was Devar of the daughter of the informant and on 17.02.2024, he inflicted knife injury to her i.e. his Bhabhi, due to which she died. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged by mother of the deceased and admittedly, she was not the eye-witness. He further submits, from perusal of the record, it reflects that except the children of the deceased, none could witness the real incident but surprisingly, during invest
