The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.1772 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B IPC and 4/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on at 8.12.2023 against applicant and co-accused Sheelendra and according to the FIR on 3.12.2023 brother of the informant had gone to meet the applicant and co-accused Sheelendra but did not return and subsequently, his dead-body was found in mortuary. 4. It is further mentioned in the FIR that co-accused Sheelendra was having dispute of money with the deceased and according to the informant he along with the applicant who was his cousin brother committed the murder of his brother. 5.
