This is the second bail application. The first bail application filed by the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24285 of 2013 (Afzal Vs. State of U.P.) was rejected, vide order dated 19.09.2013. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, many events have been experienced thereafter.
