By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2023 at Police Station-Fatehganj East, District-Bareilly under Sections 302, 34, 120B, I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 24.09.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 21.12.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Nagendra Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The prosecution case set out in the F.I.R. is that the deceased failed to turn up at his house after the evening of 20.09.2023. The family went out in search for him but to no avail. The incident occurred on 20.09.2023 between 6 to 10 p.m. The body of the deceased was found near a railway track on 21.09.2023. The body of the d
