Heard Sri Raj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as well as perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.131 of 2024, under Sections 302, 304, 504 IPC, Police Station- Bharthana, District- Etawah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the impugned FIR. The applicant is in jail since 29.11.2024. 4. It is further contended that similarly placed co-accused, persons namely, Sanju Nath alias Akhilesh and Devendra Nath, who have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 2.9.2024 and 5.11.2024 in Criminal Misc.
