Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.117 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Sahpau, District- Hathras, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The deceased person is stated to have gone to one Lakhpat to get an amount of Rs.20,000/- given to him as loan. Subsequently, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have taken him on two motorcycles and committed his murder in the night of 1/2.7.2024. The applicant is stated to have gone in search of the dead body with the informant, whereby he had indicated to him the place where the dead body was recovered, as such, the FIR was instituted on 6.7.2024 at 00:23 hours.
