Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.296 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 131, 103(1) I.P.C., Police Station- Katra, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant alongwith other co-accused persons armed with lathi, danda and sharp edged weapons are stated to have assaulted the nephew of the informant Dharam Singh on 27.7.2024 at about 04:30 p.m. causing grievous injuries to him. The informant was working at the field at that time and is the eye-witness of the incident. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
