This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Irshad Alias Bhura, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 442 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A /8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 02.08.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The name of the applicant surfaced in the statement of co-accused. Learned
