Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no. 2 has committed the murder of his wife but the trial court has convicted the appellant only under Section 304-B IPC when from the material on record it appears to be a case wherein conviction ought to have been recorded under Section 302 IPC. Admit. Respondent has already been enlarged on bail in connected Criminal Appeal No. 5134 of 2024. His bail bond and sureties shall hold good for this appeal too.
