This Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 20.04.2023 passed by Upper Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Ghazipur in Sessions Trial No. 297 of 2013 and 248 of 2014 (State vs. Pankaj and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 398 of 2013, under Sections- 498-A, 304-B, 302, 120-B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Saidpur, District- Ghazipur, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations against the respondent nos. 2 to 8 of committing the dowry death of daughter of the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that it is a case of dowry death by way of burning of the daughter of appellant.
