This fact is corroborated by the death certificate issued by the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow along with the statement of Gram Pradhan, Gram Sambhauli, police station Maharajpur, Kanpur Nagar as well as the report submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police Station, Maharajpur district, Kanpur Nagar.
