The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the impugned order dated 24.05.2024 whereby the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sambhal, has rejected second the Bail Application No. 111/2024, of the appellant moved by him in Case Crime No. 391 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station - Rajpura, District- Sambhal. This is the second criminal appeal. The first criminal appeal of the appellant was rejected by this Court on 06.06.2023. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that initially it was a case of direct evidence, but later it was converted into a case of circumstantial evidence.
