Bail Application Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A for the State. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Sakir, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 1892 of 2005, 'State of U.P. vs. Sakir' under Sections- 147, 148, 302/149 and 307/149 IPC, Police Station- Lisari Gate, District- Meerut, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has undergone actual custody of more than 15 years and with remission of about 19 years. This is a case of single murder. The appellant has no previous criminal antecedents. Appeal is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant-appellant but could not dispute the contentions of the learned counsel for the appellant. After hearing the rival submissions and considering the fac
