This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Dilip Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2015 (State vs. Dilip Kumar and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 398 of 2014, under Sections- 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Bidhuna, District- Auraiya, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has been convicted under Sections 304-B, 498-A IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act for maximum sentence
