Ram Asarey @ Palatu Maurya), arising out of Crime No. 496 of 2009, under Section 304 I.P.C., Police Station - Padari, District Mirzapur, whereby the appellant has been convicted for offence under Section 302 I.P.C. and awarded punishment life imprisonment alongwith fine of Rs. 10,000/-, and in default to suffer two years further rigorous imprisonment. 3.
