No one appears to press this appeal. 2. Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 23.02.1983 passed in S.T. No.196 of 1980 convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302/34 IPC. 3. On 07.01.2025 following order was passed:- "1. List revised. 2. No one is present to press this appeal. 3. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State. 4. As per office report dated 12.11.2024 both the appellants namely Suman Shanker and Pradeep Kumar have died, however, statements of the concerned persons is not on record verifying the death of the appellants and more time was sought by C.J.M. Auraiya. 5. Subsequently, order dated 18.12.2024 was passed. We find that more than about two months have already been passed.
