The above noted criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order of conviction dated 03.6.2011 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Kannauj, convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302 IPC for life imprisonment and fine of Rs.10,000/- each and in default of payment of fine six months additional imprisonment and under Section 201 IPC for five years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.2000/- each and in default of payment of fine, two months additional imprisonment.
