The present criminal appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21-09-1988 passed by the Sessions Judge, Etawah in Sessions Trial No. 226 of 1985, State Vs. Satindra Swarup and Others, whereby convicting the appellants under section 302 of I.P.C. readwith section 341 of I.P.C. and sentencing them for imprisonment of life. 3.
