This criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellants, namely, Raj Deo, Ram Singar, Ram Vishal, Ram Bodh and Surya Bhan under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order of the trial court dated 05.03.2001 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Sultanpur in Sessions Trial No. 222 of 1992 (State vs. Raj Deo and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 263 of 1991, under Sections 147, 148, 302/149 I.P.C., Police Station Lambhua, District Sultanpur, whereby the appellant- Ram Vishal has been convicted for committing offence under Section 148 and 302/149 I.
