When the matter is taken up, no one is present to press this appeal. 2. Perused the office report dated 1.7.2024, according to which the sole appellant- Kunwar Bahadur died on 25.11.2010. However, the death was not duly verified. The matter is pending and now another report of C.J.M., Kanpur Dehat dated 21.12.2024 has been received, according to which, the statement of S.I. Surjit Singh, who has placed on record the certificate of death issued by the Village Pradhan, that the appellant has died in train accident on 25.11.2010, has been annexed. 3.
