This petition assails judgment dated 9 September 2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in OA 1767/2022. 2. The aforesaid OA was filed by respondent Sangeeta, assailing order dated 7 July 2022, whereby she was terminated from service. 3. The facts are brief. 4.
